MAKES BEARINGS SPARKLE FOR A FASTER & SMOOTHER RIDE

Turbo Wash Bio is the washing machine for bearings - dirty bearings are loaded, agitated, and come out sparkling clean. This variation of the original Turbo Wash is filled with Sonic Bio Cleaner - 100% biodegradable, non-toxic, low VOC, plant-based.

WHY CLEAN YOUR BEARINGS WHEN YOU CAN BUY A NEW SET?
• More speed - when clothes are dirty, they go into the laundry - same goes for bearings - a 15-minute cleaning will get you rolling fast
• More pizza - money not spent on new bearings can go toward pizza
• Less waste - fewer bearings going into a landfill - it takes a lot of resources & energy to make bearings & everything we throw away

COMPACT YET POWERFUL
• Washes up to 16 bearings in one load
• No need to install bearings on a rack that only holds 8 bearings - 2 loads needed
• Just like clothes in a washing machine, agitating loose bearings promotes cleaning
• Loose bearings will not get damaged...they are hardened steel
• Dirt & grime sink to the bottom of the jar so bearings are not contaminated when removed

COMPLETE CLEANING SYSTEM - EARTH + HUMAN FRIENDLY BIO CLEANER INCLUDED
• Low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) content, biodegradable, non-toxic, non-flammable, safe for international shipping
• Evaporates slowly - safe to use, no noxious fumes, extends cleaning action, reduces usage
• Contains no petroleum-based ingredients

INNOVATIVE
• Utility Patent issued in USA
• Custom Cap Plug prevents leaking during transit & storage

DIRECTIONS
1. REMOVE bearing shields
2. LOAD bearings into strainer & replace lid
3. Soak 10 minutes & agitate gently
4. UNLOAD bearings, dry completely, lubricate & replace shields
Optional: Scrub with brush for stubborn grime

HOW LONG DOES BIO CLEANER LAST?
• No need to discard dirty Bio Cleaner - it is effective even if it looks dirty
• Use a coffee filter or paper towel to filter & reuse Bio Cleaner
• If there is not enough Bio Cleaner in the jar, top off with Sonic® Bio Cleaner in the 8 oz bottle

DISPOSAL
• While Bio Cleaner is environmentally friendly, do not dispose of with household trash or pour down the drain
• Follow your city's advice for hazardous waste disposal

NOTE 1: SLOW EVAPORATION = OILY RESIDUE
• Since Bio Cleaner evaporates slowly, it is safe to use but will leave an oily residue on bearings
• High evaporation rate substances like gasoline & acetone are more dangerous because they easily form a vapor which could be inhaled or explode
• To remove residue, wipe with a clean, lint-free cloth

NOTE 2: LOOSE BALLS = LOOSE FIT
• If bearings come apart during cleaning, don't panic...they can be reassembled - see YouTube video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2MdcYKnEsEE
• Indicates too much space between bearing parts due to wear, materials and/or design...like wearing skates that are too big

NOTE 3: PANELLING
• Natural plant-based cleaners are powerful & effective on grease, but over time, they reclaim oxygen, which can cause panelling (jar sucking in)
• Panelling is due to a pressure differential between the inside of the jar & the atmosphere - we minimized panelling by sourcing compatible containers
• If you have a jar that has panelling, rest assured that the contents are perfectly fine & will still make your bearings sparkle
• To fix panelling, simply open the jar so that the pressure inside & out are the same

NOTE 4: CAP PLUG
• When bearings are loaded into the Turbo Wash, vigorous shaking can tear the cap plug
• When cleaning bearings, do not use the cap plug. Only use for storage.
• If you prefer to use the cap plug, agitate gently.
• The cap plug is made of a flexible polymer to prevent leaking during transit & storage. It was not designed to withstand the impact of bearings. Torn cap plug not covered by warranty.
